Kevin Zhu combines extraordinary technique with narrative depth. Early successes at competitions such as the Menuhin Competition and the Paganini Competition shaped his path. He was trained at the Juilliard School under Itzhak Perlman and Li Lin. He performs on a Stradivarius (c. 1700), whose sound sharpens his artistic profile. Reviews describe his range as spanning “infinite tenderness” to “wild intensity.” For him, music is an art of storytelling—a dialogue between past and present.
